The search for a the deeper meaning of life is making us ask questions "out of the box" like:
What if whoever created this world was not a parent...
What if whoever created this universe and our planet, and life itself was a modern day businessman searching for profit or politician in need of more taxes?
What will happen to each one of us will be that few minutes before birth or conception "the management" will appear presenting to us the contract of Life©.
Due to the complexity of the technological know-how related to the products and services involved this contract will be trillions of pages long written in very fine microscopic print probably starting
with:
"Everything you think is "you©" actually belongs to the Creator© of the Universe© and Life©"
Followed by precise calculations© of the rent© for tissues©, bones©, digestion©, respiration©, blood circulation© etc.
The so called Natural Environment© and its designed interaction© with our being© will take the larger part of the agreement©. There we will probably be asked to pay rent for the trees©, grass© and other plants© that produce the oxygen© we consume as well as be introduced to the special fee for the carbon dioxide© we exhale©.
Intentional misconduct and violations resulting in sicknesses© will be severely penalized as they will require the involvement of the immune system© and will result in emergency© charges.
We will be obliged for the rest of our lives to use © to indicate all products and technologies provided under this Life© agreement.
Reflecting about the deeper meaning of life I honestly feel sickened even by the prospect that such a contract might actually exist.
Thank goodness life is created out of love and not for profit...
Only parents have proven to be capable of offering everything unconditionally to the life they have created.
By simple analogy whoever created life must be the origin of parenthood itself and must have been motivated by similar sentiments.
